Eric Church Jacksonville Concert reviews
Great concert, horrible venue
I love Eric Church, and the concert itself was fantastic. However, the venue experience left much to be desired. Starting with waiting in line for an hour to get into the building. I’ve been to many concerts and sporting events, even since Covid and have never had to wait more than a few minutes to enter the building. Then once inside, every concession location had massive lines, which I understand, but the venue policies make each transaction last 10 times longer than necessary. Each drink has to be hand poured from a 25oz can, they don’t accept cash. What should take 10 seconds to hand the customer a can and take his cash ends up taking several minutes per customer. I stood in line for 15 minutes and may have moved up 3 ft. I gave up until the concert started and had to miss several songs just to get a drink (even then there were only a few people in line, but each customer took several minutes)
